Mommy & Me Classes

For toddlers ages 12-36 months

In our Mastering Milestones Occupational Therapy group, you can look forward to a warm and welcoming environment where you and your child will engage in fun, hands-on activities designed to support your little one’s development.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Engagement: Interactive, play-based activities that target key developmental areas, from motor skills to social-emotional growth.

  • Support: Guidance from a licensed occupational therapist to help your child build confidence and skills through positive reinforcement.

  • Bonding: Special moments of connection between you and your child as you work together on activities designed to strengthen your relationship.

  • Flexibility: A drop-in format with no weekly commitment, so you can join when it’s convenient for you.

  • Community: A supportive group of parents and caregivers, all working together in a shared space of learning and growth.

Led by a licensed pediatric occupational therapist, this group uses movement, sensory play, and hands-on activities to nurture motor, sensory, and social-emotional skills - with you by their side every step of the way.

Whether your child is meeting milestones on time or needs a little extra support, this group offers a fun, low-pressure way to grow and thrive - together!

Parents and caregivers learn practical strategies to support their child’s development at home while connecting with other families in a nurturing, inclusive environment.
